Earns Seal of Excellence for Four Products
After rigorous testing and analysis by the Master
Chefs, three of Beef Product's Inc.of Dakota Dunes,
South Dakota, earned the prestigious Master Chef Institute
Seal of Excellence. The Select Enhanced Strip Steak,
95% Lean Beef, the Select Enhanced Rib Eye and the
Enhanced Pork Loin have achieved this most significant
distinction. The Master Chefs conducted hundreds of
individual tests and evaluations. BPI products were
compared to a control group of two other competitors
in the same category, and in most cases, were judged
to be superior in the all important categories of
taste, texture and tenderness. The results and recommendations
are detailed and summarized in four extensive reports,
which were shared with BPI.
